Company Description
SPOTAHOME is looking for two ambitious and hands-on proactive people who are able to work within a team, under pressure as well as whose are able to quickly take responsibility for reaching Spotahome's goals.

The successful candidates will work in and support the Italian cities in order to build and maintain relationships with our existing and new customers, train landlords in their online interface, overview the booking process and help to maintain our landlord database.

SPOTAHOME is looking for a focused and hands-on proactive person who is able to work within a team, under pressure as well as who is able to quickly take responsibility for reaching Spotahome's goals.

The candidate will provide essential support to all the positions within the City structure. This position contributes to improving the quality of the service that Spotahome provides to its most important clients in order to maintain a great relationships with them and help them achieve their goals.

This position is designed to work closely with the Account Management Team the Sales Team and the City Manager.

Getting in touch with our landlord to check if their ads are on point.
Generate new leads for the Sales Team.
Interacting with other departments (bookings and listing of boarding) to solve existing issues.
Advising our landlords in getting better results by giving them tips and market information.
Analysis of accounts to assess their potential.
Helping with changes of prices, commissions, integrations, min.stays, etc;
Support the City Owner Manager and the rest of the team members in their daily operations;

Other information
Starting date: 1st August.
Schedule: Monday to Friday - from 9am to 6pm.
Gain sales and business development experience.
A REAL POSSIBILITY to stay in the company after your internship period based on milestones achievement, goals execution and company's needs.
Develop a highly entrepreneurial position, obtaining a very global point of view.
Be in daily contact with other commercial departments within the Company.
Support to the student: 600 € gross/ month + gym copayment.

2. MADRID - Master in Project Management - Full Time - English
3. MADRID - Máster Internacional en Dirección de Comunicación Corporativa - Hybrid
Requisitos mínimos Requirements:
Compulsory: be able to sign an internship agreement with University/School.
Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Fast learner with can-do attitude and the ability to challenge the status quo.
Organised, analytical with good attention to detail.
Proactive person, always willing to generate value and propose new ideas;
Native Italian speaker with advanced level (B2-C1) in English.
Medium-high level in Excel or similar tools.
