We are looking for 6 energetic and fast learning graduates to join us in our next Global Graduate programme.
Our Global Graduate Programme will give 6 recent graduates the opportunity to develop their global general management skills. The programme duration is two years, where the first year you will be on an assignment in your home base region, and will relocate to another region during the second year. The possible locations for these assignments will be: Copenhagen in Denmark, Bangkok in Thailand, Baltimore in the USA and Kowloon in Hong Kong.
The assignments are all important to PANDORAs business and will cover areas such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. The assignments for each of the 6 participants will be determined by PANDORA based on their strengths and preferences, as well as our global business needs. During the two years you will also participate in virtual and face-to-face development activities.
We are looking for people who are open minded and are willing to adjust to different cultures and learn from their experiences. You have a can-do attitude and are able to think strategically. You thrive in an international setting and are able to play an active role in a team of highly-skilled and committed colleagues.

Professional and personal qualifications
Graduated with a Master’s degree after June 2017 or about to graduate no later than June 2018 within any of the following subjects: marketing, business administration, business development, business strategy, finance or economics.
Financial and business analyst skills
Good communication skills. Business level English, written and verbal. Other languages will be an advantage.
Analytical and strategic thinking. Self-driven and fast learner.
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
Flexibility and mobility, ability to relocate to another country chosen by PANDORA during the second year. You demonstrate an aspiration for a global long-term career with PANDORA.
Have a valid work permit for one or more of the following locations: Denmark, USA, Thailand or Hong Kong.
International mindset. You have preferably lived in countries other than your own or have worked in multicultural teams.
You have some work-experience, either from a part-time role, as a student assistant, an intern role, or as volunteer.
The selection process will last 4 months, with the first phase being conducted online during February, and the second phase through personal interviews at our regional offices during March. The finalist candidates will be invited for a final assessment day at our Global office located in Copenhagen, Denmark by the end of April/beginning of May.
Application deadline is January 30, 2018 and start date of the programme is between June and September 2018.
Due to the amount of applications expected we will only provide personal feedback and more detailed information about the programme to candidates who progress to the personal interview phase. However, all applicants will be informed of the status of their application by e-mail.
